Creamy avocado spread over toasted organic seeded bread, topped with farm-fresh egg and finished with olive oil and gentle seasoning.
Pastelellos (Boricua-Style Empanadas)
Golden hand-fried pastelillos made the way we grew up eating them. Filled with seasoned chicken, chicken with melted yellow cheese, or classic queso blanco, crispy on the outside, warm and comforting inside.
